Alisdair has worked in Community Living for almost 30 years. Alisdair began in Home Care and moved to working with Skills Society 28 years ago. Since that time Alisdair has worked at The Burnaby Association in the Lower Mainland and now back at Skills. Alisdair acknowledges the incredible experiences in working with group settings, family placements and even HR over that time. It is always an honour to be a part of so many people’s lives and to empower them. Alisdair always looks forward to new challenges, and finding new ways to lift up the people we serve.

Alisdair is always excited in his role in recruitment to be at the beginning of a new employee’s career. A diverse workforce is pivotal to any successful workplace. Seeing people grow, and support the people we serve to achieve great things is at the core of Alisdair’s values.
