We Support People With Disabilities to Thrive

At Skills, we believe our community should be a place where every individual is a valued citizen deserving of respect, dignity and rights.

Every day, we work to remove barriers and empower people with disabilities to thrive in everyday life - in doing so, we help people we serve to create meaningful lives and explore opportunities for learning, growth, inclusion and belonging as full citizens in community.

Our thrive in five approach to support is holistic and always guided by the wishes, needs and aspirations of those we serve

ACTION LAB

Rent the Action Lab

The Action Lab is a social enterprise of Skills Society. It’s a creative learning and workshop space that helps people, organizations and systems to think differently about complex challenges. Groups can rent this very unique space for workshops, events, strategic planning and to convene innovative minds to tackle tough challenges. When you rent the lab, you’re supporting the employment of people with disabilities and help generate necessary funds for Skills Society to operate our services for the folks we serve
